Michael Rotondi in his final lecture as Director of SCI-Arc discusses the work of Roto Architects. Referring to his Teiger House projects, Michael reads letters sent to his office from second grade class at the P.S. 114 in the South Bronx. The Carlson-Regis Residence pursues the concept of inevitability, accepting everything with minimal resistance to create a pure spatial experience. Warehouse C in Nagasaki converts a 700 ft long private building into a public wharf with a Japanese garden on its roof.
