Hecker artues that the conventional practice of drawing plans and extruding walls vertically results in simplistic and spatially uninteresting architecture. He demonstrates the dematerialization of architecture with a housing project in Jerusalem. Considering geometries and their material expression, Hecker illustrates a method of prefabrication and on-site assembly.
