Roberto Davolio

Roberto Davolio describes the breadth and scope of the facade modelling work that he does. The first project by Eric Owen Moss requires novel glass working techniques, while the Beijing airport by Foster is enormous in scale. He then demonstrates the relationship and workflow between the structural system, and the panelization system on two more typical projects. Parametric tools are necessary because of the schedules on most Asian projects, and the need to feed information to a whole range of project participants.
